She also facilitates peer support groups through the municipalities of Scania and serves on the council of the International Association for Journal Writing.

Workshop

Write to Heal – Expect the Unexpected

“From feeling like an insignificant and invisible wallflower in a faded, chaotic pattern on a wall to a strong and radiant sunflower in fertile soil… a sunflower that stretches towards the sky, towards the light, towards life — alive and beautiful. That’s how I think about my process.”

- Nina, course participant

Expressive writing for healing is a journey that invites deep listening and openness. When we remain curious, attentive, and courageous, unexpected insights and gifts can emerge.

In this workshop, inspired by Write to Heal – A Guide to Reflective Writing, we will explore our inner memory archive and personal stories with gentleness and respect, allowing deeper meaning and inner strength to surface.

Through a variety of writing exercises, you will access and explore your inner world, gaining clarity, emotional awareness, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself. Writing becomes both a companion and a practical tool for insight, resilience, and growth.

The session also includes guided reflection on the writing process, what emerges, how it feels, and what it reveals, helping you recognize patterns, progress, and new pathways forward.

The focus is on the process rather than the outcome, within a safe and supportive environment where the healing power of writing can unfold.

The process itself is central, rather than the outcome, as we explore the healing power of writing. This may also include being witnessed and supported within a safe group environment.
