In this experiential workshop, Dr Meg will guide you through ways of using the page not only as a place to let go and heal—but to call up your deepest resources.
Drawing upon the theory of applied positive psychology, together we’ll explore a number of reflective and creative writing exercises that can be used in your own practice and with others in community and health contexts.
You’ll leave with a wealth of practical approaches to writing for wellbeing and—most importantly—with a renewed connection to your own inner toolkit.
